These bands are excellent for my physical therapy and muscle building. They are made of quality materials and offer a nice stretch. The different bands really do offer varied resistance, allowing you to progress as you are comfortable, or jump right tot he ones that is best suited to your needs. 


I love these resistance bands! I can throw them into the little bag and toss them into my bag for work or even my purse! They come in 4 different strengths and different colors, each color represents the strength of the bands. 



A great workout doesn't have to only be cardio or building muscle, but using Resistance Training to build strength all over the body. These PhantomFit Resistance Loop Bands will give you quite the workout! I have not used bands in the past, but I will now! They are very well made and durable. It would take quite a lot of stress to damage or break one.
