Outstanding cookbook!  One of my all time favorites!  I am a cookbook hoarder but this is in my top 5 favoirte cookbook since it arrived here.  Even the cover is so appealing with its wonderful photographs.  I love that its a hardback book.  Many of my cookbooks are paperback or more like a card stock cover.   I love all the recipes in it with their great photographs.  The recipe section of the book has items like pancakes, curry's, salads, ice cream and even spiced hot chocolate, all made with coconut. YUM!  If your new to cooking with coconut like me this is a great beginnings book.  It is a valuable resource guide to all things coconut and how they can be nutritional to you and your family.   My family and I are pushing towards a more all natural diet with less chemicals in our food and household items.  I am always looking to impress my family and guests with  nutritional foods.  This is a great book with a wonderful index of ingredients list , facts and recipes!

Thank you,  Nathalie Fraise for this wonderful cookbook!
