The NeilMed Naspira is a must have for moms with babies even small children. I love how simple this is to use and so much more efficient it is then the old ball nose sucker you get from the hospital. You can actually see exactly what it is doing with its transparent plastic . The directions are easy to follow, understand, and the pieces come apart easily for cleaning. The part that comes into the nose is made of a soft silicone. This is a great item to buy for yourself or a great gift to give a mommy to be.
