I absolutely love this twist on DC Super Heros. These stories include DC comic girls like Haley Quinn,  Bat Girl, Katana, Super Girl, and Posion Ivy while they were teenagers in highschool.  This particular audio book is about Batgirl. This is a great age appropriate story for children age 8-13 years old showing girls can do anything if you set your mind to it.   Lisa Yee has done a wonderful job showing Batgirl can be just a strong as anyone else including the boys!

It is 4.5 hours long (on 4 discs) and a great audio book for long road trips.  If you want to try out an audio book for the first time for your child this is a great book. As Mae Whitman reads it really holds your action.  Even though reading the book may have taken shorter time for some, I love that my children can something artist while listening to the story.
